Here at Sew CareFree, we offer annual machine service and repairs on all brands we carry, and many that we do not.
Our service technicians are certified in the following brands: Bernina, Baby Lock, HandiQuilter, Singer, Viking, and Pfaff.

Annual Clean and Service Rates:

Mechanical Machines - $159.95 ............................. Overlock and Cover-stitch Machines - $179.95
Electronic Machines - $179.95 .............................................. Long Arm Machine Service - $335.95
Sewing & Embroidery Combo - $199.95 ........................ Free Arm Embroidery Machines - $360.95

All repairs outside of annual clean and service are $89.95/hr in labor.
Diagnostic Bench Fee for Non-repaired Machines - $99.95
Minimum Exam Fee of $10 for All Machines

If you own a Long Arm Quilter or Free Arm Embroidery Machine that is too large or burdensome to physically bring to Sew Carefree, please fill out this form and we will contact you in order to schedule a house call for repairs and service. House Call Rates are: One-Way Travel Labor of $89.95 per hour Two-Way Mileage of $0.70 per mile Clean and Service Price ( $360.95 Long Arm, $335.95 Free Arm Embroidery) and/or Hourly Labor of $89.95 for additional repairs.

I Understand that Sew Carefree will only use parts from the machine manufacturer to ensure quality and to be able to offer a 90-day parts warranty on your repair. We do not use any aftermarket or used parts.*

I understand that during the repair process, it is impossible to foresee all possible issues with a machine. It is possible that we correct the issue the machine was experiencing to discover additional problems once the repair is completed.*

I Understand that for machines with limited or no parts availability, Sew Carefree cannot guarantee that a clean & service will fix the issues I am experiencing.*

I understand that Sew Carefree will only warranty labor for issues directly caused by service of machine or by fault of parts replaced. Issues seperate from original repair or replaced parts will not be covered.*

I Understand that if a return house call is required, mileage fees and travel labor are not covered under the service warranty.*
